• Cost of one-day pass: NT$250.
• The ticket holder is entitled to unlimited rides for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Taroko Route to Taroko for one day.
• The ticket may not be returned or exchanged once it is used. If it is not used, it can be returned at the place of purchase, but a service fee is required.
• The ticket expires on July 31, 2022, after which it will become invalid.
• Ticket sales location: Ubus, FamilyMart FamiPort, 7-Eleven ibon, KLOOK.
• Those who purchased through FamiPort will be charged a 10% service fee for returning the ticket. Please send a photocopy of the complete ticket, your full name, phone number, and bank passport cover to 3F, No. 61, Sec. 2, Zhongshan N. Rd., Taipei City, 104 for the attention of FamiTicket. The last day for returning the ticket is one day before the outbound date, and the date on the postal stamp will be used as proof, no late returns will be accepted. If consumers have any FamiPort-related problems or issues, please contact the customer service hotline at 0800-071-999.
• Those who purchased through 7-Eleven ibon, please use the ticket before the deadline stated on the ticket. If you wish to return the ticket for personal reasons, please send a photocopy of the complete ticket, your full name, phone number, and bank passport cover to 10F, No. 91, Sec. 2, Xinyi Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City 10051 for the attention of Collaboration Digital. Each returned ticket will be charged NT$30 service fee. Those who have exchanged for the ticket package should return the ticket according to the ticket package return regulations.
