Introduction/Description:
We use the USDA Prime beef, the highest grade, which is from young cattle under 42 months of age; there’s less than 2% of beef that makes the prime grade. The beef from the three parts, lower scapular blade, lining tripe, and shoulder is diced by hand. The tender and juicy beef with layers of texture is popular among adults and children.
Characteristics:
1. The tender beef has a strong texture, rich in oil and tendons; the layering flavor meets gourmets’ satisfaction.
2. Due to the thickness, the beef needs to be cooked for a long time at low temperatures. Flip the beef every 30 seconds. The beef is not marinated, so it’s best to eat it medium-rare.
