Mambo Oceanic Recreation Park (Mambo Park) is located in Qixingtan Beach of Sinchen, Hualien. It is currently an important military restricted zone since it is close to Hualien airport. With great lookout and scenery, Hualien County Government has developed Mambo Park as a recreation park without scarifies national defense and security. Mambo Park now is a leisure park that can be used for sightseeing and a promotion place of local industrial culture.

Mambo Park is divided as 8 areas, war heritage park, eco consulting room, lookout deck, field trip deck, eco war center controller, ocean view deck, Mambo bench, and scenery trail. By combining military culture, it becomes a new leisure place with ecological and in-depth intellectual for visitors.
