The tea farm is located at the Wuhe Plateau famous across Taiwan with the Tianhe Tea. Over the last 30 years or so, owner Chao-Hsu Kao and his wife has made constant R&D of new species. In addition, when Kao supported the government’s promotion of non-toxic agriculture as the leader of the Tianhe Tea Agriculture Production and Marketing Group, he accidentally developed the honey-scented black tea. With large-leaf oolong as the ingredient, he made black tea through full fermentation. The tea with a champaign color has a honey flavor and sometimes osmanthus fragrans.

Tea variety: large-leaf oolong, qingxin (green heart) oolong, Jhinhsuan tea, Cuiyu tea.
