Introduction/Description:
The Aiyu jelly we used is made freshly daily. The production of the signature sour plum drink that is formulated with more than 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine takes 3 hours of simmering. The fresh ingredients for the daily limited amount of lemonade and passionfruit juice are harvested from the local famers and prepared by squeezing upon orders to ensure the natural quality without adding any artificial sweetener. The brown sugar produced by Taiwan Sugar Corporation is used as the ingredient of the sugar water, no fructose or can sugar is added. The signature sour plum drink doesn’t just beat the heat but also quench thirst and relieve tiredness; also, it’s an appetizing drink. Shaved ice is served with every drink we offer. All customers can enjoy the shaved ice that releases heat away.
