Introduction/Description

Cuttlefish and flying fish are smoked with sugarcane peels before selling, and the dumpling with four edible wild plants is the house special. The stir-dried escargots with Alianthus prickly ash are freshly picked by the house. The Vietnamese eggplant is soft and elastic, with a sweet aftertaste. The star jelly is a type of seaweed with a special flavor and a mouth feel like the edible tree fungus. The assorted edible wild plants soup includes eight types of fruit and vegetable with a perfect flavor, also suitable for vegetarianism. The hot-place cured pork stir-fried with onion has a strong black pepper aroma, perfect for serving with rice. The BBQ source, dumpling sauce, peeled chili, and salted mini chili are all made by the house without preservative for safe use.
