“Cikasoan” is Ji’an Township’s old name. In 1985, Hualien County Government moved the plant nursery here and renovated the place, making Cikasoan a substantial ecological base. It is also a popular place for recreation activities on holidays. There are multiple species of plants in the Park. The “Native Plants Zone” can be found with precious native species, providing knowledge about ecological conservation. Meanwhile, there are eight other zones, such as “Aquatic Plants Zone” and “Green Plaza Zone.”

Cikasoan Water Park is open from July to August every year. The most eye-catching water ride is the 360-degree and 8 m tall water slide built in 2016. The Park also boasts the first artificial wave pool in Eastern Taiwan. We remind you that there are minimum height limits for the rides in the Park. Remember to listen to the instructions of the managing staff and help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the Water Park. 

Besides a wide variety of flowers and trees for watching, children can’t wait to enjoy free water activities in hot summer. Besides the children’s pool and wave pool, there are the exiting waterslide for adults. The park suitable for family visit is always full during summer vacation.
