Jici Beach Recreation Area is at Jici Bay in Fengbin Township, Hualien County, approximately 40 km from Hualien City. Mountains surround the area. To the south of the site, you can find the approx. 100 m high Dashibi Hill. There is also a Dashibi Trail, which is about 910 m long. Most of the trail is composed of railway ties and stone stairs.
