Introduction/Description:
1. Kimchi Stinky Tofu: General traditional Taiwanese kimchi with crispy stinky tofu. Leek Tofu: Leeks from the small farmers in Fenglin are small in size but tender and sweeter without any pungent smell and taste. After deep-frying stinky tofu until crispy and golden brown, it’s topped with a great amount of leeks; it’s served with minced garlic and custom-made sauce.
2. Dry-roasted Clam Oyster: We purge sand from clams in the deep ocean water instead of the water added with salt to release its sweetness.
We smolder the clams and serve them with different flavorings for a really satisfying taste.
