Starting from 1995, the International Stone Sculpture Festival has been hosted every two years, inviting stone sculptors from all over the world to perform their art in Hualien. Every festival has a different theme and characteristics, displaying the creative magic of sculpting to Hualien locals and encouraging tourists to explore more of Hualien’s beauty.
