Due to repair work, from 158 km to 165 km (Daqingshui - Chongde) on Provincial Highway No. 9 (the Su-Hua Highway), vehicles are allowed to pass during three time slots each day: 6:00 am to 8:00 am, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with nighttime precautionary closures. Traffic on Xia Qingshui Bridge is limited to a weight limit of 5 tons.
